How to allow third party cookie access
Security of Administrator and Moderator accounts is important to Viafoura. Viafoura platform requires third party cookies on your browser to ensure secure a secure connection.
Here are instructions on how to enable Viafoura cookies on various browsers.
Safari
Note: Due to Safari’s Intelligent Tracking Protection we recommend using Chrome and Firefox for moderator and administrators.
iOS 11 and above
- Open Settings
- Select Safari icon
- Under “Privacy and Security” disable “Prevent cross-site tracking”
iOS 10
- Open Settings
- Select Safari icon
- Under “Privacy and Security” select “Block Cookies”
- Select “Always Allow”
iOS 9
- Open Settings
- Select Safari icon
- Select “Always allow”
Computer
- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- Un-select “Prevent cross-site tracking”
- Or (earlier versions of Safari) – Select “Always allow” option under “Cookies and website data”
Chrome
Computer
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
> Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under “Privacy and security,” click Content settings.
- Click Cookies.
- If “Block third-party cookies” is enabled, complete steps 7 – 9
- Next to “Allow,” click Add.
- Enter the web address: “[*.]viafoura.co”
- Click Add.
- Or – Disable Block third-party cookies
Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app

- To the right of the address bar, tap More
> Settings.
- Tap Site settings > Cookies.
- Turn Cookies on.
- Allow third-party cookies.
Firefox
- Click the menu button
and choose Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the “History” section.
- Select “Use custom settings for history”
- Select “Always” for “Accept third-party cookies
